Refund & Return Policy
Return Eligibility (Very Important)
We accept returns or replacements only in the following cases:

The product is physically damaged or broken at the time of delivery.

A wrong product is received (different from what was ordered).
No other reasons are eligible for return or refund.
Mandatory Unboxing Video (Compulsory)
For every order, a clear unboxing video is mandatory to raise any return, replacement, or refund request.
The unboxing video must meet all the following conditions:

The video must start before opening the package.

The shipping label must be clearly visible.

The product condition must be clearly shown.
-
The video must be continuous, with no cuts or edits.
Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

Change of mind.

Product not liked or not matching expectations.

Used, worn, or washed items.
-
Damage caused by usage, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

Minor color, size, or design variations.
-
Cosmetic damage to outer packaging if the product inside is intact.
Reporting an Issue
Any damage, broken, or wrong product issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
While reporting the issue, please share the following details via email:

Order number.

Description of the issue.

Unboxing video clearly showing the problem.
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Resolution
After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method in INR.
Refund processing time is 5 to 10 business days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Final Decision
Zirodea reserves the final right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request after verification.
