We offer Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options (subject to availability).

7. Mandatory Unboxing Video Policy
To ensure fair assessment of any product-related claims, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video at the time of delivery.
The unboxing video must:
Start before the package is opened
Clearly display the shipping label
Show the product condition clearly
Be continuous, without cuts, pauses, or edits
Any request for return, replacement, or refund without a valid unboxing video will be strictly rejected.
8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Only physically broken, damaged, or defective products are eligible for return or replacement.
The following cases are NOT eligible:
Change of mind
Product not liked or not matching personal expectations
Minor color, design, or size variations
Incorrect usage, mishandling, or damage caused by the customer
Normal wear and tear
